Perlove’s integrated mobile C‑arm passed its rigorous technical assessment and clinical validation, and was successfully installed for clinical use. This recognition validates the device’s imaging performance, system stability and real‑world clinical value. The remaining four installations are located in Ndioum, Ourossogui, Tambacounda and Kédougou. These lesser‑known towns serve as critical care destinations for tens of thousands of local residents.

According to the National Agency of Statistics and Demography of Senegal (ANSD), over 40 % of the nation’s physicians are based in Dakar, while southern regions such as Kédougou have merely 2.5 % of the country’s doctors. Others suffered delayed or abandoned surgeries due to lack of intra‑operative imaging guidance.
