What kind of support you can offer for new distributors ?

    For new distributors, we can offer documents needed for registration. we can offer on-line and on-site training for your engineers or you can send your engineers to our company to get training for product information, installation, maintaining, and troubleshooting.

If the machine break down, how long do your engineers reach the hospital to solve the problem?

    Firstly, we give you guide on how to solve it online after our engineer checking.Secondly, if necessary we can ask the local engineer go to your hospital to solve the problem after we fully communicate on the failure of machine between us.

If the local power supply is unstable, how long can the machines work?

    In areas with unstable energy sources, users should choose voltage regulator. Unstable voltage can damage the machine. There are many examples to show that after 10 years of good operating habits, regular maintenance and overhaul, the machines in excellent condition.

Delivery time or shipping time?

    We have some products in stock and can arrange shipment directly. The actual delivery time of the specific product can be consulted by the sales.

Is your after-sales service guaranteed?

    Stable quality, low malfunction rate.According to the error code, we have relevant repair plans to ensure fast back-up support.All self produced products will have one year warranty and lifetime maintenance service.Remote way technical support by email or skype Visit& on-site Maintenance by overseas engineer.

Dose your company have any local installation engineers?

    Yes, we do have installation engineers in most of area all around the world. It is depend on where our customer located. If we do not have the local installation engineers, we will send the nearest installation engineers to our client in advance.

Did your products pass the ce certificates, in how many european countries have your machines been installed?

    CE certificates have covered most products in our catalogue, the best-selling models had received warm welcome from European countries like Ireland, Spain, Romania, Poland, Serbia and Ukraine.

How can we be your distributor?

    We will check your company’s background and financial report. If everything goes well, we will send you an authorization’s letter for the general dealer, price list and all technical details.

What kind of international tender you participate in?
