Move forward robotic assisted surgery——Perlove Medical Spine Surgical Navigation System

The spine surgical navigation system PL300B independently developed by Perlove Medical has been officially approved by NMPA for listing. The double guarantee of "3D image + intelligent navigation" helps to carry out minimally invasive orthopedic surgery!

Intelligent and Accurate

Perlove Medical orthopedic surgery robot is named "Megrez", also known as Delta Ursae Majoris. In ancient Chinese astrology, it is called Tān Quán, the star of wisdom.

As an intelligent navigation and positioning robot used to assist orthopedic surgery, Megrez PL300B acts as  doctors' hands (mechanical arm), "eyes" (navigation) and "brain" (intelligent planning) through digital, minimally invasive and

intelligent ways.

In traditional orthopaedic surgery, doctors can't see deep tissue, and can't directly apply preoperative design to surgery. Meanwhile,  the control and stability of surgical action are insufficient.

The above three aspects are exactly the advantages of Megrez.

Customized for precision / minimally invasive

Customized solutions

Perlove Medical is the first manufacturer in China with integrated solutions of 3D C-arm and orthopedic surgical robot.

Megrez PL300B, together with the 3D C-arm independently developed by Perlove Medical (with independent core intellectual property rights), automatically establishes the association of three coordinate systems of optical position finder, patient and image with the help of integrated adaptive registration technology.

Precise navigation

Megrez PL300B is equipped with a high-precision optical tracking system and a robotic arm, allowing surgeon to make pre-op plan and precisely targeting screw entry point based on 3D image data and surgery planning software. The accuracy can reach 1mm, meeting the international standards.

Minimally invasive

Position targeting:

Megrez PL300B adopts a unique tracking and positioning fixation device, which greatly avoids additional trauma, and bring faster recovery.

Small incision:

In traditional open approach spinal surgery, wider incision is necessary to expose enough anatomy for surgeon. However, small incision of only 1-2cm will give enough space for instrumentation in robotic assisted surgery, saving 50% surgical time spent, reducing 95% blood loss with a low complication rate.

Simplify surgery workflow

Optimal surgical plan:

Traditional surgery requires multiple manual nail insertion and positioning, The operation is cumbersome.

The surgical robot can realize the one-time planning of multiple screw paths, which greatly improves the efficiency of screw placement.

Standardize complex surgery:

The intuitive software operation interface guidance reduces the uncertainties in surgery, standardizes the complex surgery process, and enables doctors with insufficient experience to quickly master it.
