The Mobile Flat Panel C-Arm, also known as the Small C-Arm and Orthopaedic C-Arm, is an X-ray imaging device with a C-shaped frame for real-time dynamic imaging during surgery. It is the GPS in modern orthopaedic surgery, quickly and accurately helping doctors to understand the internal conditions of the patient's body and make further diagnosis and treatment. With the development of radiological medical imaging technology, the clinical requirements for mobile flat panel C-arms have become even higher.
Perlove Medical has been working in the field of C-arm X-ray machines for many years and has a number of relevant invention patents and mature technologies. The company launched the PLX118F mobile flat-panel C-arm in 2017, and since its launch, sales have been increasing and the product has been well received by users. After a long period of market polishing and integration of a large number of user feedback, in October 2022, Perlove Medical launched a new product, PLX118F-Plus, with significantly improved product performance and operation more closely matching clinical needs.

The PLX118F-Plus can be used in orthopaedics, general surgery, orthopaedics, trauma surgery, urology, spine surgery, pain surgery, gastroenterology, oncology, obstetrics and gynaecology, etc.
1、Imported high resolution flat panel detector
The higher spatial resolution makes the clinical images clearer and sharper, the higher density resolution makes the images of different tissues distinct, and the stronger signal processing capability allows the device to present quality images with a lower dose.
2. Fast dynamic image processing platform
The mobile flat-panel C-arm Plus series uses the unique GPU-based Rapid Dynamic Image Processing and Display Platform (RCDPS), which provides multi-resolution analysis and enhancement of images, resulting in a significant increase in performance in all aspects of imaging speed, image post-processing, image display, image transmission, image resolution adjustment and image information display.

3. Multi-layer image processing technology
Image post-processing uses multi-layer image processing technology to automatically layer the images after exposure, greatly reducing the impact of noise on the images and ensuring the presentation of each image.
4、Rayless exposure preview function
When the C-arm is used for lateral spine photography, too much blank area can seriously affect the quality of the image, and it is then necessary to adjust the exposure field of view. When adjusting the field of view, the doctor is unable to observe the field of view adjustment and can only adjust the image by observing it after exposure, which is inefficient and causes unnecessary radiation.
The mobile flat-panel C-arm Plus series has a radiographic exposure preview function that gives the doctor an indication of the exposure field of view on the monitor, allowing the doctor to confirm the size of the exposure area without having to expose it, improving clinical efficiency.

5. Large touch screen for easy near-station operation
When performing complex procedures such as pedicle screw fixation, the surgeon needs to monitor the procedure in real time and make multiple exposures, so it is important that the device is operated close to the table.
The mobile flat-panel C-arm Plus series has a large colour touch screen that can be touched even with surgical gloves, helping the surgeon to operate close to the table. The screen is equipped with a body image system and the functions of the keys are clear at a glance, helping the surgeon to quickly adjust the exposure parameters at the surgical bedside, greatly improving the exposure efficiency of the equipment.
6、Sturdy and durable injection moulded cable
The C-arm is one of the most active pieces of equipment in the operating theatre, and frequent movements can easily cause damage to the cables connecting the various parts of the equipment.
The mobile flat C-arm Plus series uses a more durable injection moulded cable, which is of good quality and guarantees stable operation of the equipment; it is tough and not easily damaged, saving the maintenance costs of the equipment in the later use process, while the surface of the injection moulded cable is smoother and easier to clean and sterile for the equipment maintenance staff.
7. Neat and practical design
Infection is one of the main causes of surgical complications, and in serious cases even endangers patients' lives, while C-arms often travel through various operating theatres, with a high risk of contamination, and are an important factor affecting the sterile environment of the operating theatre. The mobile flat-panel C-arm Plus series mainframe is compact and the sterile hood can easily cover the device, further guaranteeing a sterile environment in the operating theatre. The hood is seamlessly stitched together with a smooth lacquer finish, making it easier and less stressful to use, both for cleaning and sterilisation.
The mobile flat-panel C-arm Plus series, which provides ultra-high definition images and ultra-low radiation dose, is the digital flat-panel small C-arm designed to promote the new digital orthopaedic technology to cover primary hospitals and achieve the promotion of precision medicine. The company insists on independent innovation and has been working hard for 19 years to provide patients with better quality high-end medical equipment and more optimal clinical solutions, guarding every equal and precious life!
